Default Anyone have problems with kteller?

I ordered a 2.25 stainless catback and 2.25 stainlesss test pipe from kteller on jan 17th. I week later I emailed him to see when it would arrive since I saw the money out of my account. He said there was a problem with the order and that he would ship it out. It's been 10 days since then and I've emailed him twice trying to get a tracking # or date when it will arive and I haven't got an email back. I went with his exhaust because I had read good thinkgs about him on honda-tech. Anyone else have similar experience? I would call him but no number is listed on his website.

my friend just got a 3" exhaust from them, asked for the hatchback.. and they said YES(funny) and got the coupe/sedan.. would'nt do a refund. shrug.. can't go wrong with making your own exhaust and picking up a welder.

I know he is a member but I have tried to email; him for this last week, so I thought if I made a post maybe he would respond quicker. You can't tell me 3 weeks to get an exhaust isn't ridiculous.

I ordered a few weeks back, was missing a couple small parts, so I emailed him, he got back right away and shipped the rest out ASAP, my experience was good.

My exhuast and test pipe came today. It was of good quality. I might post some pics compared to the stock exhaust. It looks good and is a fair deal for the price. I give him/his company good remarks except that it took a long time to get here. I would recomend it if you don't want to buy a name brand exhaust. The reason I got it is because my friend gave me a titanium muffler so I just needed the piping. Thanks for the replies. Jon

you do know that things do happen and it normally isnt the direct suppliers fault right. just be patient when ordering anything from anyone. if it were like a month and no returned emails then it may be a problem. some people are just too impatient..
