f22 build help!
ok here is the dl i want to keep my f22 the question of a swap tickles my pickle but the worlds smallest violin isn't plaing to well, not that a build would necesarily keep my pockets full but for self inlightenment can anyone give me some feedback as to what my options are with this motor i'm having a hard time with this biatch and i'm stuck between n/a or boosted so i really need some help! no matter what it's going under the knife!
First you have to choose which way is better for you. I drive alot so i chose the naturally asperated way. If you want just a weekend racer then turbo might be the way to go. I chose the accordperformance.com head package, My car has tons of bottem end power and pulls like crazy throughout the power band, and it actually gets better gas milage. The turbo would not have as much bottem end power but would have more top end power once the turbo kicked in. From my experience turbo motors do not last as long as naturally asperated. They are both good ways to go you just have to pick what works best for you

umm... you can boost pretty decent amounts with an f22 block. tuning will keep it together.
anyone who drives an F22 powered accord that says theyre going the "NA" route is a dumbass and should be kicked in the ****.(9 times out of 10)

you're nearly always "better off" with forged, but the stocks hold boost just fine, boosted 11psi three monthes, then 15psi for a few days, 180psi compression in three cylinders, had a weak point in cyl 1 though, 80psi comp there.
If you want to run nitrous as well, do it wet, and go forged. dont be a punani if you are going all out.
