I have a HB w/ GSR rear disk brakes. But the disk brakes aren't on the car yet. It did not come with the gsr e-brake cables. Now, my question is...would it be OK if I used GSR e-brake cables OR do I need to get SI HB cables?

I ask this because I know the EG's are a little bit smaller in length so I would like to know which e-brake cables I should get. Please HELP!

They GSR cables will work. You will need to get creative with one of the mounting brackets underneath the car, but it's pretty easy. It does seem like the passenger side cable isn't a perfect match, so if I had to buy cables sepreatly, I would get Si hatchback ones ($40 each side, new).

 

I bought the gsr cables and didn't realize I might need the SI cables instead...so I hope I can use the GSR cables.
