Default Ordering My Motor Tomarrow..

So anyways after reading about all the sucess people are having BARing JDM motors, Im finally going to order my B16 from Hmotorsonline.com for my daily driver. Its 1995 Civic ex.
I want it smog legal, so im going to order a 95 B16, and the the manifold evap purge and the US ECU, then go get it BAR'ed.
My questions are the following:
Since the Engine will no have a VIN number, will the INVOICE from HMOTORSONLINE.COM saying that its a 1995 Engine, suffice as proof that it is a same year or newer engine?
And second, If theres anything else I should know or am going to need to have before I goto the bar please let me know!!

Also, Im in Oakley, CA. Near BRentwood and Antioch, pittsburg etc. I know a guy that can swap my engine but I havnt been able to get ahold of him, so im not sure if hes even still around. If there is anyone that is close to me, and could do a swap, let me know. Ill pay of course and Ill rent a cherry picker, I got a good tool set and all. Hit me a PM if your interested and can swap it in a weekend, like from Friday night to monday morning..As I commute to school..

If anyone is willing to do a swap, im getting the full conversion from Hmotorsonline.com, I just need it done over a weekend. I can help of course...PM me and we can work out a price

Excuse my crappy knowledge of geography but how far is Brentwood from LA? I know a guy that does swaps but he needs to know how far you are first.
