No oil in oil pan

Checked the dipstick and there was absolutely no oil on it. It has been less than 3000 miles and there are no apparent leaks, any help would be great, thanks.

For some reason, there are a lot of C5's that burn oil. Perfect compression, but burn 2 quarts every 3k. Just check it every other time you fill up with gas, and you'll be set.
