Default tire size for stock wheels?

I know the R comes with 195/55R15's, but I was wondering if a 205/50R15 would fit ok? Or if there is a better size to get a little bit wider of a tire on the stock wheel. Any help is appreciated.

This has been discussed a lot here. You didn't do a search first, did you?

This recent topic is a good place to start, and there are plenty of others that you'll find by searching. If you still have any questions, come back and we'll talk.

my thought is that if you have the time to respond with a "do a search", you have time to answer a simple question that someone might have who doesn't know as much about an itr as you or the next guy might know off the top of their head.

c'mon guys...EVERYONE starts somewhere!

kepani-who thinks a search is great, but sometimes a "live" question spurns more discussion for learning.

I did. In my first post, I gave him a link that answered the question (and provided various tire recommendations).

I think you mean "spur" (to incite to action or accelerated growth or development : STIMULATE), not "spurn" (to reject with disdain or contempt : SCORN). Although they are both derived from the same Old English word, their meanings are almost opposite each other within this context.
