Tire size questions, please help!
hey guys I'm just wondering about this...what kind of problem am I going to run into if I get 205/55/15 for my LS meshies? Is there going to be rubbing? Slowing the car down? My car is lowered by 1.75" with 10mm spacers, and I did search and all I found was meshies with 205/50/15 tops. Can someone answer my question? Thanks a lot guys.

What offset wheels? Im not entirely sure, but with the 10mm spacers, if your offset is less than about 40, you might be wide enough to rub a little. That would be a taller tire than stock, so your speedo will be off a tiny bit as was noted previously by ek4d00r
I would ask this in wheel/tire, or PM users nsxtasy and old man neri, they both really know their stuff in regards to wheels/tires.
Good luck in your search!

Its tough to say but use this tire size calculator to show what your measurments will be. Why can you use the size called for, for that size rim, and for your car? If you go with a bigger size you will create a bigger wheel gap, whereas if you stick with the plus sizing tire size for that wheel wont have an issue. http://www.miata.net/garage/tirecalc.html
