Default where to weld bov on the IC pipe?

HI, I have a greddy kit for my rsx-s and I bought a hks bov and flange and was wondering if any of you guys know where should I weld it on the IC pipe? I heard the closest to the throttle body the better, not sure on that. Thanks in advance.

close to the throttle body and preferably on the outside edge at a bend to form a merge. airflow cannot cross streamlines without turbulence.

if youre close to springfield MA i can probably weld it up for you if you need.
