how do i adjust vtec on V-AFC2?
i just got the v-afc2 and i read da manual but i dont get what its trying to say?sorta of a newbie say if i want to change my vtec to 4500 what shud i adjust the low - high cam , high - low cam too?? i need help thankz
You do both .......... low to high is when the VTEC switches over as you accelerate.
High to low is when you are coasting down/decelerating when it switches back.
It will not allow you to put the high to low higher than the low to high (i.e., you cannot have it switch over at 4,500 accelerating and have it switch down when you are coasting at 4,700).
Usual disclaimer:
"You should be tuning it on the dyno, never adjust settings without knowing your air-fuel ratio and tuning it to match" .......... blah blah blah.
