Who can understand what you are saying?
If you are saying there's no such thing as a YS1 LS trans, then you'd be wrong my friend.
Everyone else on this site will tell you to split the cases and count the gears to figure out what trans it is.
I like to think I am smarter and lazier than them. Go to a site that has the gear ratios listed. Multiply the numbers together. If it says 1st gear is 3.31 and the final drive is 4.4 then when the trans is in first gear you should sping the clutch shaft 14.564 times to get the axles to spin once.

**** there is no way to tell with the trans out of the car other than opening the case that sucks so i could have just got fucked well will i be able to tell a noticible diff when its in the car and wat clutch will i need to buy for it if i dont know if its a gsr or a ls are they the same...
92-93 GSR or LS are both labelled YS1 and
90-91 LS,GS,RS etc were labelled S1
so you need a clutch for a 92-93 YS1 that part is the easy part
but as to telling if you have a GSR or LS YS1 you have to open up the case and count the teeth on the gears...

Use some punctuations and listen to this:

That will allow you to determine gear ratios with the transmission out of the car.

Any B seires clutch 92 or newer will work for you. The gsr will have a stronger pressure plate and is a better choice for the money.
All 92+ b series tranny's have a big spline mainshaft, the 90-91 were small spline and won't wok on your application.

No the S1 came in the 90-93 integra. Unless your tranny is Hyro and then ,yes. There was a year that the S1 came in the Delslow. And the 92-95 siR2, witch is said to be a very good tranny and also hard to get your hands on
