Where too get crank bearings and rod bearings?

Default Where too get crank bearings and rod bearings?

Im just wondering if this is something a parts store would have or do i have too special order them.Or can i get them from the internet...also arp rod bolts.Everyone mentions them but where to get them?

you're going to want to order those from honda/acura. otherwise the fitment will not be right. you'll need to take everything appart 1st before you order so that way you can give the dealership the right color codes (on the rod bearings....not sure if they're on the crank).

dealership is like 300 a set for each...no way am i doing that.I found where too get some...where do people get arp rod bolts from?

Check some online OEM Honda parts suppliers(http://www.acuraautomotiveparts.org/, about $10 per side), just type OEM Honda Parts and search that on Yahoo. The OEM bearings are the only way that I would go, you know that they are going to fit and they are going to be top quality. I got my ARP head bolts from Summit Racing, they are good to go through b/c they have great customer service and if something comes wrong they will fix it without any questions. But there are many places to get them, earl may sell them, if he does he would be a good one to go through and will prolly be cheaper than most.
