there is a little button on the top of the "reply" box that is for inserting an image. You need to have a host. then you go Right click on the pic---->>>propertys---->>copy the address of the pic and paste it in the middle of the two [IMG] things

first go here: http://www.imageshack.us/index.php
hit browse,select which photo you want and select "host it"
Then cut and paste the address it gives..
