Host the image online. I highly suggest getting an iServe account.
Put the URL of the picture between the IMG tags.
Post.
EDIT: It's really not hard. Just put the URL of the hosted image between the IMG tags. If you click the little button with the yellow background and mountians, it even puts the tags up for you.
