Any muffler will require cutting and welding. If you have the muffler take it to a muffler shop.
Shouldn't cost you more than $20.
EDIT: Damn, just saw you were talking about the whole catback.
Why would you want a stock ITR catback? Keep the muffler and junk the piping.

Factory ITR exhaust isn't mandrel bent. And I believe it's a 1.89" piping.

Bottom line, integra piping isn't bent for your Ej6 chassis.
Just get the muffler if you really want it and some cheap piping. Or have it done custom.
My brother got his 2.25" piping mandrel bent for ~$200 locally.

ive heard the itr B pipe may be a little to short or long at the cat but the bends are the same???? is that correct?

i have a stock integra 17 inch cat on there now...so no welding there...and then, as for the tip...im gonna cut and weld(add a section of pipe)...but you could always use muffler clamps (kinda hack)and not have to weld anything..i think thats pretty glove like seeing i couldnt find any rock solid info on this subject and didnt know how much cutting weldin was going to be needed to make it fit????
Ah, when you said 17-17.5", I assumed you had to extend the section that bolts to the cat. Seemed excessive to me, but you're the one with the exhaust, not me.
Please clarify next time.

Fair assumption considering your wording. You were talking about extending pieces with a length measurement, and then in the same sentence, listed another measurement. Natural progression is that I assume they're both measurements of parts that need to be extended.
Proper English is a powerful thing.

The stock ITR exhaust is indeed mandrel bent, and the piping size is primarily 2.25" OD. As others have noted though, there are also a few bottlenecks throughout the system.
