Default b20/Vtec in a 96 Integra, ECU options

I am swapping a b20/VTEC into a 1996 LS Integra (OBD II). What is going to be my best option for an ECU/wiring running Uberdata/Hondata?

I've been told locally a P72 with a OBD II to OBD I wiring harness.

a gs-r or civic si ECU will do fine, especially if you're going to chip it (as you should).

Hondata's site has recommendations for use with their system, but for uberdata, prolly a P72 is the best bet.
