need help no compression at all!

Default need help no compression at all!

hey guys really need your help and ideas, i just finished puttinr in new piston rings and did compression test and no compression at all zero. what could it be? 98 gsr i don't know what went wrong.

Cam timing is off,valves got bent when reassembled.

do a leakdown test and find out where the compression is going.

you got that right, the intake cam was off. thank god no internal damage, hopefully there is known. readjusted the timing belt and valves. now she is idleing good. took her for a spin felt goo, but don't want to take her over 5rpm not tune, i have apex safc. wish i have money for dyno right now. but thanx anyways guys.
