Default input shaft bearing cause rpms to fall slowly?

So i know my input shaft bearing needs changed out, but the problem isnt me popping out of gear. After teh car is warmed up my rpms fall super slow after i release teh clutch. Keep in mind that this only happens when the car is warmed up. When it is cold rpms drop fast like normal. I dont know if i should mention this too but one day i got in the car and the clutch caught as soon as i lift my foot up. Before i had it so it caught near the middle. So im not sure if the cable is kinked. i readjusted the clutch cable but i cant get it to catch in the middle anymore. It almost seems like the clutch isnt all the way released. I looked around and checked the throttle body and everytrhign else still no go. It just baffles me that this only happens when it is warmed up. The rpms just sit there for like a 1 sec then it slowly drops down after i step on the pedal. Another thing is when i just let the car cruise meaning not touching the gas but letting it cruise in gear it back fires....this is getting really annoying because one the backfires are pretty loud sometimes...and when i switch gears the car jolts like i am a newbie at clutching. any help would be great! thx!

you think it might be a faulty dizzy? but how would that explain the over night clutch cable tightening? and that wouldnt cause rpms to drop slowly would it?

It falls slow when you push in the clutch pedal? If so, it has nothing to do with the tranny.

After the car is warmed up and all, can you push the clutch in and roll the car with it in gear (motor off)?
