Default Please help, longest motor swap of all time!!!!!

i have put a b18a in my hf. it all started on friday. i rip the new motor out and put the new motor in. then i tried to fit the the 4-1 header in. needless to say, 1 cutting torch later i am taking the motor back out and bolting the header on and cutting the lip off my crossmember so it will clear. this process took about 6 to 7 hours. i then get all my ducks in a row and try to start the engine. well 1 trip later to a parts store that was out of town(the ones in my town were out of stock) i had to buy a new starter. then i put the new starter in and try to crank it over and it starts. but it runs like crap and only 2 of the four head pipes start to turn colors(cylinder 2 and 3). i get brave and grab the ones that are not turning colors and they are not hot. so i have a fully built ls thats bored over to a 2.0 that is not running. what do i need to do and what is causing this to happen to me. i have spark and the wires, plugs, cap and button are new. the engine is a 90(i think, that is the first number on the head between no. 2 and 3 cylinder). i am using the stock hf harness on my engine.

sounds like 2 cylinders are not firing,i know all about the exhaust mani burn's.i had just installed my dc sports header amnd fired it up for a second to see if there was any vibration on the crossmember sure enough so i grab the exhaust manifold to move it over a little.keep in mind im wearing brand new leather work gloves, and it auctually burnt all the skin on my hand but didnt affect the gloves at all,bad times. i dont under stand why you pulled the motor to cut the cross memeber though its only 8 bolts that you can undo to drop it and then do your fabbing.
