i'm moving my battery to the trunk, with the amount of wire needed is it a good idea to install an inline fuse if so what amp should it be?

Yes, you need to run an inline fuse no more than a couple feet away from the battery. If you didnt, you would be running a serious risk of catching your car on fire if something shorted out. For my app, I just used my stereo fuse (40amp)

Not sure on the wire I imagine it will be quite a bit, since you will be running it to the back and back to the front. Monster Cable makes some circuit breakers, they are really handy and you don't have to ever buy more fuses. But if you ever plan on taking it to the racetrack, you will need to have a vented battery box if it is not dry or gell cell . Also you are required to have a kill switch mounted on the exterior of your car.

My 1999 required about 16 ft of wire to do the relocation properly.

batteries are fairly heavy and when you have an accord you need all the help with weight distribution you can get.

I used a good quality welding cable back to an optima in the trunk.

While your making up cables you can use the extra you have to make some extra grounding tails.
