Default do dizzies tend to **** up a lot?

i dont know if my dizzy is fucked up or not but my car started feling slower and it was kind of stutering at times so i changed my spark plug wires which seemed to pretty much fix the problem. but it still feels a little shitty and my car is not running good. i also changed my cap, rotor seems fine. so i dont know maybe i need a new ignitor or noew dizzy.
