Default Post 5 Lug Install Brakes Won't Bite

I installed CTR 5 lug on my GS-R this weekend. After everything was on my father and I bled the brakes before we drove it. Well after doing so the brakes still would not grab when we drove it around the block.

When we would press the brake pedal it would just go all the way to the bottom. If you pump it then it would start to grab sort of, but after a few seconds of not doing anything it would go back to the floor when you'd press it.

We tried bleeding them again but it was the same consequence. Anyone have experience with this? I was going to take it to a brake shop but I'd rather not spend anymore money if there's something I'm missing here.
