Default Anyone here running Crower LS 403's ????

Do they make any differences? Is it better to run them with a pnp head? Do I need cam gears? S-Afc?...... Need opinion from you guys. Thx alot.

i have experience with the 403's they are good. gains are noticable from 4000 and up. the idle will suffer a little but not as bad as some other cams (404's)

a PnP would really help out especially the non-VTEC head. but you dont have to have it done...if you have the extra cash go for it........it will make that engine come alive......

cam gears would also be a good idea for dyno tuning. and a SAFC would help you get your gas milage back and help the extremly rich idle problem associated with those cams.......it's also a good investment.........

of course everything has a price........so it all depends how much money you feel like spending........

hey non-vtec, thx for the stuffs. you still running the cams?

I am planning to do my PnP if I can get the cams. Hey, what are your settings on the cam gear? Would it be better to get a GSR tranny than the cams?

What are you driving in Toronto? I have a white 4 dr teg with K1, I work for a local shop too.

the cams allong with the GS-R tranny and a 7500rpm chipped ECU redline would be killer.......i dont think there was a GS-R tranny for the 91 integra.....you might have to find a 1'st generation B16 tranny or a 92-93 GS-R tranny (B17) which i belive is the same thing.

what shop you work for man?

Yeah thats what I wanted to do. Cams with 92GSR tranny better with a LSD and raised redline. Did you do that to your car? I work at a shop at Markham/Finch.

i have a 94+ GS-R tranny........things got messed up with the engine 8 or 9 months ago and since then i've been trying to fix it but i'm tired of it...... sooooooo i will be replacing the engine this spring.........to many parts to list but it will be pretty powerful when done.
