HELP!!! NO VTEC!!!!

My Speedo nd Odometer is out!!! that means no vtec for me!! i already changed my VSS nd my speedo still doesn't come on. please help. i looked at the plug for the VSS nd it has a lil green stuff on it. could i be in need of a new VSS plug?

Check fuses and the front engine ground. But most likely its the VSS.

the green stuff is corrosion. wire a new plug n ull be ok
