Stock itr springs are better for itr cams... and can rev to 9000 rpm.

I disagree. While stock springs are OK, for basically the same price you can pick up a set of omnipower springs which provide the same type of low seat pressure as the OEM springs but can handle larger cams and higher rpms without float. As for retainers the omnipower's will work wonders. This setup would allow you to hit 9500k+ rpms and not grind your cams with too stiff of a spring.

Best advice for you in the above quote. L
ook into supertech too. Or even if you wanted to skunk2, i believe these are a little more, but not much considering their ability to work well with bigger grinds. Good luck

i say the itr ones are the best for the price. You can find them all over the place also they if i was gonna change to anything else i would use different cams also..or else it wouldnt be to worth it

Honestly, I don't really see the need to upgrade to stiffer valvesprings if you keep the stock rev limit. Don't get me wrong, if you can afford the valvesprings, go ahead and buy them. But from personal experience, I've ran Skunk2 Stage 2's on the stock GSR valvetrain for 4 months not reving past 8k w/no problems.

You might be saying "Well you're stupid for doing that" yes, I know this isn't a good idea, but I've had Portflow inners w/Skunk2 outers also running Skunk2 Stage 2's in a B18C1 and power started dropping off at 8400 RPM. The reason people get valve float and broken valves are because of driver error. Revving your motor to 9500 RPM is nothing but trouble especially when you're not making any power up there.

Moral of the story is to buy the valvesprings if you can afford. If not, don't get rev happy.

I agree. I have a set of CTR cams about to go in and originally had ITR valvetrain. I sold the itr valvetrain for omni's just to have stiffer springs with the possibility of upgrading the cams later also.
