Default fit in HATCH?

going tomorrow morning to pick up a 99-00 Civic hood.............will it fit inside a 92-95 Civic HATCH? Read of other hoods fitting inside but will this? Bump for looking? Need to know ASAP........thanks!

hm never tried, but i'd try this...

fold down the rear seats, slide the passenger seat all the way up, and recline it either forward or backward.

It will fit. I did it twice in my 94 hatch with full interior. You will have to move youe seats up a little. Fold down the rears and bring some towels to protect the corners while driving.

i forgot to add that there will be a passenger..............possible with 2 people in the hatch? hopefully i can take a Mazda Tribute but i doubt it so it looks like the hatch, thanks!................its about an hour drive

92-95 hoods will fit into 99-00 hatches with out removing the interior...ask ken from rcrewracing.com. we took home one from his home to body shop.

but if you have a buddy with dc any hood will fit even it own.

read the thread. its the other way around. 99-00 hood into a 92-95 hatch.

96-00 hood will fit in a 92-95 hatch with full interior and without folding the front seat(s) up-so you can have a person in each front seat.read my post in the other thread,i said this exact same thing there.

Sorry about that guys. My friend actually started this thread on my account when he was at my house. Didn't know about it.

Anyway, for some closure on this subject. He and I went to get the parts on Saturday and we fit a '99 SI hood, fenders, complete radiator support, and Koyo radiator. We also had a full interior, amp and sub in the trunk. Our seats were positioned all the way forward and our knees were smashed in the dash.
