Default who has an autometer air/fuel gauge? (hookup question)

i istalled a new o2 sensor and the new gauge and i cant figure out which wire on the o2 sensor it goes to. when it is on the white wire it stays just below lean and when you rev it it wont go past lean. when its on the blue wire it stays on rich and dos'nt move at all. both items are brand new so what could be the problem?

2000 b16a2 motor in 97 civic ex

brand new bosch o2 sensor. thanks

the wire on your o2 sensor should tie into the white wire coming out of the ecu.

btw when u rig up the gauge the right way, it should fluctuate a lot. because its not a wideband o2 sensor
