I'd say up the compression to about 11.5:1 since its daily driven and since you'd already have forged internals you could spray a decent shot, direct port injection would be my choice.
For cams i'd say spec B's or any stage 2 cam, based on your desierd comp, would prolly be a good decision. I am currently running a stock b16a block with crane stage 2 cams w/crane dual valve springs, ti retainers and the head's been ported and polished w/3 angle valve job and been milled a bit...my CR is 10.8:1 and feels like a little more compression would help a lot (i guess well see when i get my lsvtec-ready 11.5:1CR bottom end going). This is all tuned w/vafc2 and cam gears. Uberdata's on the way after the bottom end.
Don't forget tuning....its ever so important with bigger cams and more compression.
Whats you plan for tuning?

Skunk 2 Stage 2's or equivalent. Good header Hytech/SMSP/DTR. Matching exhaust. Hondata (chipped ECU's will not optomize your setup's power). Talk to Tom (Portflow) about valvetrain-he will hook you up

You could go 11.8:1, was the head milled at all? As far as valve train goes Toda B's are great choice for daily driving. I installed some Toda spec-b's along with folloing components:
*Skunk2 cam gears
*Portflow 1gen valve springs and retainers
*Toda Power belt
*JDM Type-R motor
*JDM Type-R (non chipped)
*JDM '99 Type-R header
*AEM FPR and Rail
with just cam tuning we made 198whp on 17" wheels
that with a open header.
