This was rebuilt at one time by Garret. Decided to go with a larger turbo so this one has got to go. Comes with an exhaust turndown pipe for custom fabrication. .48 turbine for fast spooling and a 42 compressor for reaching full boost in no time. Will be a great turbo for sohc or even dohc. is this an internal or exrternal wastegate

Its an external wastegate. But you can always take that off and get the plate from majestic or rre and do it that way.
