http://www.clutchcityonline.com great prices on either exedy or act clutch and they have clutch+flywheel combos

as for the bushings you can use energy suspension shifter bushing. $14 @ http://store.yahoo.com/twincam....html

I just recently (a few months ago) put in a ClutchMasters stage 3 clutch and had the stock flywheel resurfaced on my 00 si. I love it !!! From the pedal, feels like a stock clutch, but grabs really good. I would recomend you to do the same thing.

I heard stage 3 is hard to handle and is very sensitive, so should I go with a stage 2 clutch?

Exedy organic, unless you will be using forced induction or nitrous.

You do not, I repeat DO NOT need an aggressive clutch for low-power NA applications. All it does is cause excessive unnecessary wear on the reat of the drivetrain.
