Busted a Ball Joint.......Need some help

Busted a Ball Joint.......Need some help
Busted it removing my axel that I bent, and before I replace it just wondering if there is anything better than the factory ball joints.

Damn, I guess i was asleep. I busted the boot. So I suppose you can just replace the boot and some grease and it will be as good as new?
