What are the usual things that go wrong with an H22A swap ?

I have a 97 EX 5-spd. What should I expect guys ??

Scared to make the plunge ... Found a motor as cheap as 2300$.
JDM H22A w/ under 30k.

EGR valve is a typical pain in the ***. Problems that can pop up are a broken TPS (throttle position sensor, occurs when installing the engine if u arent careful) the only other real problem that occur are if you attempt to do this yourself and dont know anything about it ex: use the lude drivers side motor mount and shave alittle bit off to make it fit perfectly, etc etc, there are alot of little things to know before u attempt to do it.
