Default Good shop for engine build

I was thinking about having JG engine dynamics build my motor, untill i saw about 100 threads talking about how bad they and their customer service was. So if not JG where else should I turn. I was looking at their Pro series head package, which was a p&p, springs, valves, retainers, guides, for around $1130. and i want the block sleeved. The motor is going to be a turbo f22b1, with goals upwards of 25 psi. Now im am thinking about having one shop that does a good p&p job just do that, and assemble the rest of the head myself. where is a good shop for p&p and where is a good shop for sleeving? i know this is going to cost money, i dont want peoples opinions of my motor build, just good shops. thank you
