what is a missing link in a turbo

when i read turbos on sale it says something bout a missing link
i have a 94 intgera gsr was a missing link???

it's an electronic version of check valves. Keeps the ECU from sensing boost and going into limp mode.

theres nothing electronic about it. it just bleeds off excess pressure. works the same as a $5 check valve......nothign great.

haha i just remember seeing on a website how its never supposed to fail because it's not mechanical. never really looked into it, oh well.

its not a bad idea but if youre gonna get hondata you wont need it.

it's a good idea, it's cheap, and it'll prevent you from getting check engine light.
