Default problems after putting on new head gasket

I have a 93 civic four door (as says in sig) d15b7, i just put a new headgasket..timingbelt..spark plugs...filters. and my ac nor heat kicks on anymore. I'm sure i probly didn't plug something back up. Has anyone else had this problem? What do you think i didn't put on? Also my timing is 16 degrees off but the crank #1 is TDC and the cam gear is up and all is straight. The distributor is also all the way to the left. i can't turn it anymore. Also its a remanufactured Dizzy. Is there a possibillity (sp) that someone that worked on the car before put the wrong one on? The car runs, but i get shitty gas milage and not any power until like 4000 rpm.

CLIFF NOTES: put new headgasket on
heater and a/c don't come on anymore
off 16 degrees in timing... could there be a possibiltywrong distributor

If you didn't understand what i'm saying, i'm sorry...

You do realize your timing is supposed to be at 16 degrees right? You dont want your timing set ***** on with the TDC mark on the crank pulley.

I don't think he does.

Put the dizzy back at its normal position and check the firewall for undone connections and possibly a small, looped wire that goes onto the heater-actuator valve lever.
