my ecu is going crazy....
i have a 1990 crx hf stock motor with si tranny, my ecu has been throwing crazy codes when it bogs down it will throw a different one everytime. it throw an automatic tranny code, n.1 cylinder position code which is crank angle senser i checked the dizzy it was fine. it also throw an intake air temp sensor code my car doesnt have one, hopefully someone can help me. oh yeah it has a lope at idle. thanks for the help
Is your timing all set properly?

Also, what ECU are you using?

no thats only for OBD1 on the CEL. count the blinks and thats ur code. 5 blinks = code 5, 13 blinks = code 13 ETC...

Bad ECU maybe? I know you said its throwing codes, but try a known good ecu. Usually when an ECU is screwed the red LED light stays on permanently, you did not mention that, but I'm just throwing out ideas.

Ok, i Thought i was going CRAZY! I have been messing with this new car i just bought and it was blinking like 20 short blinks in a row, but my B16 car used to throw long blinks. So i thought the ECU was fudged.

ok, i guess i might be semi-wrong then...i never had to deal with codes that were 17 short blinks...only time i really had to deal with codes where when the car had b-series and it was the long and the short blinks...sorry...
