God, here we go again.

Before upgrading to a big power increase these are the things you should do FIRST.

In order
1. BRAKES!!!!!!!!! - All that power is gone if you run into the back of a truck

2. Suspension!! - This isn't just about how the car handles, it's also about how well the car reacts to the power when it's put to the ground. Stock suspension is good, but someone producing less power and has a better setup will still dig better.

3. Clutch!! - just like the Suspension, All power and a blown clutch makes you a sitting duck

4. Rear housing! - If your going to be beating on the car, supposedly the rear housing is weak.

***********Most important before big power added**************

5. DRIVING SCHOOL - All the power is useless unless you know how to handle it.

BRAKES-i upgraded my brakes to the Stoptech stage 2 brake system ...slotted rotors, stainless steel brakes lines, axxis ultimate brake pads and motul brake fluid.. will i really need the big brake kit for a supercharger?

SUSPENSION-I upgraded to the Tein Flex with EDFC

Clutch-you say to upgrade the clutch and flywheel ...any recommendations? ..CUSCO? ..ACT? ..EXEDY?

REAR HOUSING???

You dont need to upgrade anything, but your clutch will probably be the first thing to go.

^^^^^^

He's right. If you want to though, start out with headers, exhaust, and clutch. You mihgt as well get a lightened flywheel while your at it. If you plan on really jumping the gun and driving hard from a start, then get the Comptech reinforced differential housing from ricks2k.com. I have a Vortech supercharger, HKS exhaust, dc headers, fidanza lightweight flywheel, act 6 puck clutch (I recomend something more streetable...this clutch is a PITA for around town driving) and thats about it for performance. I also have Eiback springs which lower the car. Them car handles really nicely out of the box, so it is not a necesity...neither are brakes. I am doing fine for now although I plan on going turbo and fully built block sometime this year. Let me know if you have any questions.
