D16y7 intake manifold question

What are the four ports facing the front of the car for? I forgot to mark the hoses that were there. I'm guessing that the lower two are for a vacum... Also witch port does the IACV go to. thanks

the 2 coolant lines go to the TB iacv ports and the 2 that are left are 2 different sizes vacuum hoses that go to the intake manifold ports. Hope that helps, I'm a noob and I learned this lesson the hard way by injecting coolant into my engine a couple times.
