Default 1st gear problem

I have a little problem with my first gear. when at a dead stop, sometimes it's difficult to put it into first gear. After having to press on my clutch twice it finallys goes it, but sometiems i have to force it in.

Does anyone know what the problem might be?

this happens to me in reverse alot. i gotta step on the clutch and slowly release it while putting it in gear or go into another gear before reversing. i think its the shift fork.

Might be even simpler than that. Air bubbles. Bleed your clutch first.

i say that there is no proble it is harder to put it in first because when you stop those gears don't alway line up straight so you might have to pop it in second or third befor it will go into first or reverse

synchro's probably.

stick it in 3rd, then right to 1... see if that helps.
