1009382837823742347283947293847 billion miles..

Common man THINK!

A motors life depends on how you treat it. if you beat the **** out of it every second of its life.. wont live to long. but if u take care of it and maintain it properly it could last a long time. it also depends on how well u built it. did you half *** the motor or was it done the right way all the way through?

i'm thinking he wants to know the MPG a b20vtec gets, not how many miles will it last.

Thanks for the quick reply G, well I know it could be reliable, but what I mean is how often I have to fill up the gas tank if I have a fully built b20, meaning new cams, port polish the whole nine yard work on the motor with 0 miles on it, how many miles per gallon can you get out of that ****?

yea i got it dynoed but i need some other things to get it where it should be it made 205 hp and 155 tq, i need a 2.5 inch header, and also a bigger throttle body and port matched, and i didnt mess with the cam gears at all they were at 0,0, and also im probably gonna throw in some bc4 cams, then maybe ill be able to get to my goal of 230 hp and 160 tq......................... i've heard b20vtec and ls/vtec arent really reliable... is it a myth? or will it really last if you build it right? thinking of doing ls/vtec myself...
