Default cam choice?

can anyone recommend a good cam to go with standard bolt ons (pullies, header, IM, intake, exhaust, flywheel/stage1 clutch, etc...)
also, should i change any other internals? or would it not hurt because im not pulling too much HP? all help is appreciated, thanks

p.s. if i decide to go turbo, it'll probably only be stage1

For what series engine? If for the D, I say, get the Skunk2 Stage 1 cam. I have seen nothing but decent results with this. And, youre gonna have other bolt-ons that will help.
