Default LINE from Oil Breather Chamber up though intake manifold

I have a B16 OEM intake manifold that has a plastic L peice that goes through the IM and then a vaccum line that goes to another plastic L peice, that goes in the oil breather chamber. How do I get this out with out breaking it or cutting the line. I have been looking through my HELM's book and can not find it anywhere. Can I just cut the plastic ends out and put on a new hose? My SKUNK2 maniold does have a hole for it anyway. I would post a pic but I do not have a camera.
Thanks in advance.

Pics would help, but I think one of those plastic elbows is your PCV valve. You need that, so if you break it buy a new one. They don't cost tons of money.
