Thank you Wal-Mart!!!!!!!
Well after taking the hatch to wal-mart to buy food for the house, btw i usually never take her, but the wife left her keys over at a friends house. Well after shopping i come back out to load the car and find an ugly *** dent of some sort on my drivers door, i was sooo ******* pissed, it doesnt look like a door ding. Its about in the middle of the door, goes up and to the right for about 1.5-2 inches, and then down and to the right for about 4-5 inches, its not scratched, but more or less like a crease of some sort. ahhhhhhhhh i hate wal-mart

I wouldn't blame Wal*Mart. It's the dumbass people that go there that doesn't give a hoot about other people's cars. (I usually park my car next to some nice/high class cars for those kinds of reasons).

if it was a cart then you can get that paid for. If you see carts scattered in the lot you can nail em on not having an efficient "cart corral". I used to work at OfficeMax and we used to talk about that stuff. Good luck

Yes I would blame the type of clientel that shops at Wal-Mart
I happen to work at Sam's Club so at one point I dealt with 2k in damage done to my coupe. And I parked FAR away from everyone. I just had a ding pulled out of my ep that I'm 99% sure someone I work with that parked next to me caused it since no shoppers park in that area ....I hate that place
I now refuse to park anywhere near anyone I do not know and/or trust there. Usually, I just hide my car in the back away from anyone that can see or even get to the car. Carts really have no chance there either

That 2k worth damage done to my coupe was from carts.... they would not pay and I'm an employee. All they gave me was a ******* letter for my insurance company stating that the damage was caused there by carts. They said there was enough coverage in the lot as far as lot attendants. Too bad they were ******* lazy asses and there were only 2 on a busy Saturday.
They usually have some 'acts of nature' rule regarding those claims to cover their asses. If wind or whatver creates bad conditions, if they are proved that there were enough people working the lot then they do not consider themselves liable.
I'm sure if I raised more hell about it I could have gotten them to pay because another associate had her car covered a few years prior to my incident. But she wnet through hell to get the money. But I just didnt have the time since I am a full stime student and I really wanted the car fixed asap.
