Its not complicated but not easy either. Its pretty straight foreward as far as what to do. Loosening the bolts can be a chore though. Do yourself a favor and get some liquid wrench or something ahead of time. Good luck.

Pretty easy. Its just bolts. Though some of those bolts can be hard to remove. All you need are some simple sockets/wrenches and a jack/stands. PB blaster will make things a bit easier.
