Default Cat. converter and test pipe

Ive been reading a lot about test pipes, and also about how much of a fine it could be for running one. ($3000????) So i was thinkin of a way to trick the cops. Why not just have your test pipe, but weld heat shields onto it??? It would make it look like a cat, so the cop cant give you a ticket for it, right?? I dont know, i was bored and thinkin about stupid stuff, and this is what i came up with.

I bought a 2.5" testpipe off TurboInteg95 a little over a year ago, and it came with a heat shield making it look identical to the stock cat. i took off. I'm not sure if he's still selling them, or even if he's on the boards anymore. I haven't seen him in a while.

Yeah like that's going to happen ever?? Cops don't give a poo poo whats in your car unless you smell like you were just smoking weed. I don't even think garages or service guys do anything when they see a car with out a cat on it. Who would you call?? The EPA?? OSHA??? I think the cops would give you a ticket for a crank call if you call about someone not having a Cat on their car.
