car wont start, already searched
I searched on this but nobody seems to have this problem. Driving to work this morning and the car suddenly turned off, tried to start it again, wont turn over.
Checked timing belt, looks fine, checked fuses there OK to. Turn key and can hear fuel pump and ECU, gauges come on, CEL stays off, turn car and it cranks once then dies almost like battery is dead. Dont know if battery isnt holding charge or if I should blame the alternator, any suggestions.

So an update on my situation. I was able to jumpstart my car at lunch, I jumped inside and put the e-brake down and the car died, jumped it again, let it run for a second, then it died. Could it be possible the reason its dying is because the alternator isnt charging up the system? I dont know to much about alternator stuff.
yeah like id get it running, disconnect the cables cause I thought everything was cool and then it just died. I thought the battery only helped with starting, not actually keeping the car running, once it starts doesnt the alternator take over and do all the charging? I guess I could take the battery into an autoparts store and have them test it.

Unless the alternator isn't working...

Yep sounds like your alternator is faulty. If the car dies as soon as remove the cables then it's the alternator more than likely. Check to make sure your battery cables are tight before you shitcan it and check your grounds too especially the one on the tranny right by the battery.

Not only that, check ALL the big cables, both ends. Battery (+) & (-), & the big ground cable from the engine/tranny to body.
So little did I know that there is a fuse for the alternator underneath the dash, it was blown, replaced it, car is fine.
The End.
The End.
