PLEASE HELP I HAVE TRIED EVERYTHING!!!
Hello,
I have a 2000 Civic SI with the B16A2 with a OBD-2b to OBD-1 jumper harness with a Hondata ECU (P28). I have been having CEL Code 22 ever since I got the car. When I put in the Stock ECU I get a CEL of 54 = CFS (Crank Flucuation Sensor). The CFS is installed right but for whatever reason I can't get the code to clear (probably the ECU) that is why I got the P28. I have seriously tried everything, changing the pressure switch, re-wireing, grounding the pressure switch out, cleaning the ground wire for pressure switch, my oil level is good, my pressure is good I checked it with a gauge, cleaned the V-tec solenoid, tried numerous ECU's, cleaned oil pick-up, tried jumping pressure switch wire with V-tec solenoid (car just dies then)... I mean I have tried everything that I found on here. Sorry for the long message but I just wanted to stress I have tried everything. Thanks for your time and help.

get a P72 ecu the code on your stock one might be burnt in there from being like that so long and the ecu just might not be any good anymore or might have to be reburnt but I agree its probley your jumper harness what brand do you have sometimes the off brands really dont hold up like the others spend the money get a skunk 2
I have a Skunk2 Jumper Harness, and have tried P72 chip in my Hondata. I am telling you guys, I have had other people wire up V-tec for me just to see if I was doing it wrong... I can do motor swaps all day long for other people but can't even fix my stock ****!!!!

It's VTEC. Maybe you can't fix it because you can't spell it.

So you are telling me that because I use proper grammar and say as well as spell "VTEC" like the following: V-tec, that I can't work on a car? I think you are a dumb ****** and do not know proper edicuit when it comes to English, you just go by what you see on the valve cover. I do think that you need to learn your syllabus... it is V then Tec not VTEC as in "VaTec", proper English would lead you pronouncing VTEC that way. "VTEC" is spelled exactly as you and all your ******friends say it, V-Tec... as in the V first and the Tec in the next part. So next time you want to insult someone about how they spell "VTEC" then you might want to make sure you are not the one who is spelling it wrong. Anyone that actually can spell half way right will agree with me. So V-tec it is.

Actually you spell it etiquette, and it's french. Furthermore I'd appreciate it if you wouldn't use the word "******" it's not polite and there is no point in lowering Honda-Techs good name with lame inflammatory behavior. Good luck with the engine problem.
