Im getting ready to put one on because i dont want to spend the money on a new oem cat, and i think mine is getting clogged, today i noticed that when i start out in first gear and in second sometimes but not always it sputters a lil bit still trying to figure that out but was curious about the high flow cat thanks for any help....

 

might pass smog for this year. maybe not next year.
No smog test yet. I heard maybe starting June.

 

if it is a high flow cat with guts inside then yes. If it is hollow on the inside then no it will not pass.

 

If it's one of those "high flow cats" from eBay then no cause those aren't cats they are just resonators made for off road use only.

 

As long as it's really a high flow cat and not a test pipe, it'll pass.
