well what your going to want to do it have both the fuel and nitrous solenoids wired together so they open and close at the same time (aka one power wire and and one gorund wire). Now have the ground to the battery and run the power wire to a micro switch, this is the switch that needs to be mounted on the t/b and you will have to make a bracket so when you hit WOT it pushes the switch. Now from that switch run the power wire into the cabin, where you will have another switch (like a safety) which you will flick and then as soon as you go WOT the nitrous will activate. From that switch run the wire to a power source inside the cabin or run it back to the battery and voila your done hope this helps

Looks like you're running some sort of NX - ZEX mismatch of parts. The ZEX system has self contained solonoids in a box and normally the only exposed one would be used for a purge system. It would appear that you're running a NX style kit using a number of ZEX kit components. Go to the Nitrous Express website and download their instructions on how to install one of their wet kits and you'll be fine.

Well the Zex system works off of your throttle position sensor. I think the Zex nitrous kicks in after 2500rpm. What you do for the wiring is you connect one for power, the other for ground, the other wire for your switch, and the other one for your throttle position sensor. You go and find the TPS and there will be three wires, only one is hot, you can tell with a voltmeter or a volt indicator (the one with the light bulb). The one wire that is hot is the one you use. After that you got to program your Zex box. To do that, you have to put your key on the on position and hold down the button on the box for like 10sec. Then it should blink red, green, blank, etc. then at that time you go and put the gas pedal all the way to the ground for like 10sec or more. Get off of the gas pedal and turn the key to off and then put it back to on. Then the light should be green.

use the zex nitrous and the nx fuel nozzles cause the fuel solenoid might flow more in the nx system you dont need a relay just some switches, if you want you could get an rpm window switch

Zex and NX jets are interchangeable with each system whereas NOS jets and Edelbrock etc aren't. I would go with the NX jetting since you're basically running an NX kit in that sense and I've found in the past that ZEX jetting settings from the factory tended to be inaccurate for optimal safe performace.

The purge kit isn't to hard to install, you'll see the instructions online on the NX site on how to do it. You can pick up the relay you'll need and purge kit and fuel pressure safety switch right off ebay or direct from NX or one of their distributors.
