Default H22 into a 99 civic EX

I have a 99 civic ex. I was wondering what would have to be purchased to do a swap to a H22. I know the engine engine and motor mounts are required. I was wondering if axels, an ECU, linkage, transmissions anything like that was required. Im sure most of those are but does anyone have any suggestions on what to get and where?? I was also wondering if there is any way to save power steering. I really dont care about A/C i mean who uses it anyways... windows open is good enough for me.
