well i'm gonna be bolting a D16z6 greddy turbo setup into my EJ1 with either the standard or large intercooler soon..the thing is that i don't want to run the emanage becuz from what i understand its a locked program at 5.5psi which is bullshit..i want to be able to run 8-10psi on my stock z6..i was told to ditch the emanage and go with an FMU and b16 injectors or run bigger injectors with a V-AFC tune..if anyone has any advice please give a turbo newb some assistance..? just please don't suggest that i don't go with a greddy kit..

also will i run into issues with the internal wastegate? does anyone know what the max psi is?

 

The best thing for you to do is find a good tuner in your area and see what he is comfortable tuning with. The cheapest way would be uberdata or crome. I would stay away from vafc hack as you have no way of tuning timeing. You can also go hondata, aem or any of the other highend tuning systems but they will cost you. Plan on upbgradeing your fuel pump and injectors. Like i said the best way would be to find a good tuner in your area and see what they are comfortable tuning with.
